Default Long gap after sending LBA - too long?

    Hi,

I sent an lbaicon to Alliance & Leicester with a 14 day deadline of 12.9.06. They responded saying no, again. I am now in a financial position to start a Moneyclaim (did not have enough cash before - thought i would be ok when i started) - do i need to start the whole process again, or can i start a money claim immediately?

    Any advice much appreciated,

    Elin

my son did this, he simply sent a letter to them saying that he had been remiss in not following it up, gave them 7 days , enclosed a copy of the lbaicon and proceeded from there
