I have raise a case against LloydsTSB Visa 6QZ87923 which is scheduled to come to court not to long away. I first asked for statements (DPA request) in July and only received half of them. I notified them of this and received no replies and then sent 2 following letters at least one recorded delivery and then I raised a small claims procedure for DPA Non Compliance (using template in Libary) - do you think this will get to Court? I raised it for a hundred pounds which I consider fair as I had spent several hours chasing it up and a sum had to be put into the moneyclaim form.
has anyone had any experience with a claim of this sort? Will it end up in Court? Help much appreciated.:-|:-|
