Thread: late payment charges mid 2001-2

Hi there. This is my first post - I hope someone here can help.

My credit report from Experian shows that I made 18 late payments out of 36 to Barclaycard at a time when my debts were spiralling out of control. Does anyone who has kept their statements from mid 2001 to mid 2002 know what they were charged for late payments around this time? My payments were sometimes one month, sometimes two months late.

I settled my account in the summer of 2002 so am no longer a customer but have just posted an S.A.R - (Subject access request) to Barclaycard for the relevant months (June 01 to May 02). I have no idea what if anything I was charged and realise it may take some time to get hold of the info from them.

the charge at that time was £20 over limit fee and also £20 late payment charge.
