Just sent my first Summary Cause action against BOS and noticed I have sited the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1997 instead of 1977.

What should I do now?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Please stick to one thread.

:D I answered this on the other thread, and I'm too old and tired to play hide and seek!

Hi Scott.

I don't really get grumpy, late at night. I'm really quite an amiable chap.

I DID say please.

I am an insulin-dependant diabetic and a heart-failure patient. I get up at 5:30am for work. I get home just before 6:00. After dinner, I then spend most of my time here helping anyone that I can, before going to bed at about 1:30am. Oh, and I will be 60 this year.

So I really AM too old and tired to play hide and seek.

I'm not grumpy.....I'm just knackered.:D :D :D

(See, I'm still smiling)

Regards, Rooster.
