    Default New disgruntled banker

    Hello.

I am particularly disgruntled at the moment because of charges made on my account in the last few days.

I have looked around the website and will start my claim soon. The site is very good and these boards seem friendly and supportive, I'm glad I am here.

    RBoS board, here I come...

Thank you. They appear to be particularly awkward, or is that common to all of the banks?

Just noticed the spelling mistake in my name (perhaps I need some coffee now)
