Ok have just recieved a letter for my charges from one Natwest account where they have offered to repay the full amount £185 however I calculated the intrest on top of that and that comes too another £35, can I continue for the extra cash?
If they have offered you full settlement now, then you should accept as they can bring this to the attention of the court,who will be likely to fall on their side.
If we were talking about a few grand going back to 2000 then this would be very different.
