Help Please ... Requested Agreement was sent original application form
Triton Credit services were sent the CCA requesting a true copy of my Mint Card agreement. In return I was sent a form I completed in 1998 with heading "Your personal invitation to apply for a RBS ADVANTA CARD" it has my signature and it has been stamped at the bottom "On behalf of RBS Advanta" then a persons initials. It has no account number on it only a reference number.
1,, is this a credit agreement or an invitation?
2,, Is RBS AVANTA also MINT?
3,, How should I reply to the letter from Triton who state in part " please find enclosed a copy of your original Credit Agreement for your MINT card which we obtained from our client?

Nattie can you clarify what you mean by 1) yes?
BEFORE starting your claim read through the FAQ's and if there's something you aren't sure of then ask.
