Hi everyone, thought id tell you all about my claim.
i am currently trying to retrieve £4000 approx that the Abbey have stolen from me over the last 6 years and , after the prelim letter, the lba, and a GOGW of £150, i have summons them to court.
i have, however, just recieved a letter telling me that i have provided no details of how i come to these figures of £2834 and interest of £961.
these calculations were submitted TWICE to them when i posted the prelim letter and the LBA!!
Any ideas what i should do now?? i think this is just a stalling tactic but im not 100%
