I have send a letter on the 3rd of December to asking to refun all charges, within 14 days of receiving this letter, i'm still waiting for a reply, I have now send a 7 days letter before court, after this letter what do i do next or my next step to take

You've definately taken the first step into claiming back what's rightfully yours.
Spend time reading the FAQ's and the Step by Step guide as this will stop you making mistakes along the way. Use the letters and spreadsheets in the templates library as these have all been tried and tested in successful claims. Read as many threads as you can especially ones that relate to your bank. This is a SELF HELP site and won’t do the work involved for you. However, everything you need is on here somewhere.
Don't be afraid to ask any questions, no matter how stupid they may seem, but please remember that any advice that you receive is normally based on experience only and that you should seek expert advice if required.
Can anyone help on this issue i'm not very clear on this, The details Breakdown of all charges do i have to request statements dating back to 6-7 or if someone could explained to me that would be very much appreciated, I don't want to get this wrong and Natwest won
I have received a letter from Natwest bank today, the letter reads I am sorry we have not yet been able to respond to you and would ask that you bear with us meantime. We are currently investigating and will respond to you as soon as possible.

Yes - carry on as planned. I suspect that Natwest are disappearing under a mountain of claims but let's keep the pressure on.

Hello' can anyone help I have now received my 6 years statment and have also formated all the charges in exel format with total. Now how do i calculate the APR interest thoughout the 6 years period.
Do you mean the statutory interest when filing your claim. If so if you use Vampiress's spreadsheets they calculate the interest for you automatically.
