My next mission is to get the charges back from my BOS current account which has been defaulted i am at the stage of raising a small claim but not sure what to put for the default. I have stated in previous letters to them that i wanted it removed.
Does anyone know if i have to complete a separate form or can i just add a sentence in on the small claims form if so what sort of thing do i put just something like this.....?
In addition to full payment of the sum plus interest mentioned above I require that you remove the default entry from the register. Please note that mere correction or amendment to the entry will not be acceptable.
