just thought i'd share that I have received the £100 I was claiming back was Barclaycard.
First letter was weird, as it said it had refunded the £20, written in a way that I was only after the latest charge as a refund. I wrote back and told them to re read the letter, and I received a letter back stating £80 had been refunded back to my card, totalling £100 refund.
In the process though they charged me £20 for a late payment. surely it's not right to charge someone when the charge is being disputed??
They continue to add charges as they happen because it's all down to a computer- there's no thinking invloved!
