Default Devil Dolly v NatWest ** WON **

    Hi Guys

I've sent off my cheque and letter to request my statements or list of charges. Whichever they send. I have only received 2 months worth so far. How frustrating!!!

I just want to know how much these demons have taken off me so far. Can't wait to start the process. Will keep you posted.

Hi and welcome to the site,

You've definately taken the first step into claiming back what's rightfully yours.

Spend time reading the FAQ's and the Step by Step guide as this will stop you making mistakes along the way. Use the letters and spreadsheets in the templates libraryicon as these have all been tried and tested in successful claims. Read as many threads as you can especially ones that relate to your bank. This is a SELF HELP site and won’t do the work involved for you. However, everything you need is on here somewhere.

Don't be afraid to ask any questions, no matter how stupid they may seem, but please remember that any advice that you receive is normally based on experience only and that you should seek expert advice if required.

All the best in your claim!!

Yes include the weekends in the 40 day timescale, you are giving them more than enough time to comply with your request.

Question Re: Devil Dolly v Natwest

    Ok

I have had my statements now and the total charges are £446. Thought it was going to be less than that actually. I have had a play with the interesticon calculators and am going in at the compounded contractual interest rate of 29.5%. Worth a try!

Has anyone won with this interest. The total comes to just under £1000. I am claiming with regards to reciprocity of unarranged borrowing.

I will definetely need help with this claim. Have read what feels like every post. About to send prelim letter requesting charges. Should I send a Breakdownicon of charges just in case?

    Thanks

    Ok

The 14 days are up tomorrow for the prelim. Should I send the next letter tomorrow or wait till friday. Getting bored of waiting now. I don't think Natwesticon can keep up with all the claims, and just aren't bothering to reply to letters anymore. Anyone else not heard anything.

    Hi Guys.

Natwesticon have caved in on the first letter!!!!!

I started reading the standard bog off letter only to get to the last paragraph saying they are refunding the charges blah blah blah.

Cant believe it. Anyone know how long it takes for them to put the money in your account.

I would just like to say thanks to a great website, and helpful people. Wouldn't have got this far otherwise. Thanks for the advice.

P.s Off to book a holidayicon now.

Did they settle in full with the interesticon you claimed?

I have been told from ringing CRU that a letter is on it's way out to me for my claim less interest. Their time is up from the lbaicon yesterday and don't know whether to sue or hold fire?
