    Default Kingdom v GE Money

Just sent prim with spread sheet of claim to GE Money

At at the same time I get a letter from Howard Cohen Soliciters given me Notice of Assignment of debt to CL.Finance and that a claim had been submitted to the county courticon which I received the next day. (today)

So GE Money has transferred the debt and are taking me to court all in a space of 5 days.

Please could someone advice me how I should deal with this sudden turnaround, is it a new tactic by GE Money to hit you first before you take them to court.

I will need some help in moving forward with my counterclaim as I claiming back mis-selling of PPIicon and late payment charges.

Advice needed as I want to make sure that I do everything by the book to ensure success of a counterclaim which maybe very useful to see what transpires.

Keep on with your claim against GE Money.

I beleive you should write to CL Finance and tell them the account is in disputeicon. Perhaps someone else can confirm this and tell you how to go about it.
