Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just sent prim with spread sheet of claim to GE Money
At at the same time I get a letter from Howard Cohen Soliciters given me Notice of Assignment of debt to CL.Finance and that a claim had been submitted to the county court which I received the next day. (today)
So GE Money has transferred the debt and are taking me to court all in a space of 5 days.
Please could someone advice me how I should deal with this sudden turnaround, is it a new tactic by GE Money to hit you first before you take them to court.
I will need some help in moving forward with my counterclaim as I claiming back mis-selling of PPI and late payment charges.
Advice needed as I want to make sure that I do everything by the book to ensure success of a counterclaim which maybe very useful to see what transpires.
Hello everyone I'm a newbie to this forum, or any forum come to that, so be patient with me as I have alot of unanswered questions that I wish to find the truth about.
These include bank charges, what my rights are and how I can go about my business without getting ripped of by the banking system and others.
I beleive you should write to CL Finance and tell them the account is in dispute. Perhaps someone else can confirm this and tell you how to go about it.
