Hiya just read your txt and am little worried have just posted thread about business accounts monthly statements, didn't have ltd company but closed business and accounts in July 2005 as unfit to work due accident, can I still claim?
If you have just ceased trading and not put the affairs into the hands of a Liquidator you are still entitled to receive and keep any Assets of your business (subject to Tax where applicable).
The Charges applied by a Bank, if proved to be unjust, are Unrealised Assets and you have a right to recover them.
