    Default Diggsy10 v Woolwich

Firstly guys may I congratulate you on an excellent site. I've spent the last couple of hours finding out some very interesting things.

On to my problem. I seem to have accrued an inordinate amount of bank charges over the last year and after reading various threads here, I'm compelled to re-claim.

Seeing as I have all of my statements for the last 12 months and on the off-chance of avoiding a long drawn out process, do you think it prudent for me to visit my local branch to discuss the matter before the instigation of legal proceedings?

welcom Diggsy, have a look in the FAQ's first as you'll find most of your answers in there. Take your time to read over loads of threads in the forum for your bank and have a look at their timelines and the way they went about claiming. We can also follow your claim then.
Don't be put off by anything and if you follow the procedure, you'll get it all back mate
    good luck
