Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi
Just went to submit my claim against HSBC and my particulars are over the 24 lines and i Cant squash it down any more.
I used the template from the library, the only difference was the Intrest section where it say on the HMCS that you must insert the following
"The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year from {date when the money became owed to you} to {the date you are issuing the claim} of £ {put the amount} and also interest at the same rate up to the date of judgment or earlier payment at a daily rate of {enter the daily rate of interest}."
Its more wordy than on the template and it just won't fit in instead of the template one.
I don't want to ruin my claim by not putting the right info in, is the template one ok or MUST i put it in as it appears on the HMCS site.
