I have a joint account with my husband in one branch and an account in my name in another branch. We have sent the two initial letters requesting refund of charges and have both just received a standard "we will contact you with a full response". In the interim the bank have continued taking larger and more unwarranted sums from both accounts. Can our single legal action cover:
a) both bank accounts as one claim
b) include the revised and increased sum
c) do we have to advise the bank our claim has increased
