Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

I took out a mortgage with Abbey National in 1996 that paid me 5% cashback amounting to £2405. This was to be repayed if the mortgage was ended before 6 years. To me this sounds the same as an early redemption fee but it obviously differs in the sense that I was given £2405 by them rather than getting a reduced rate of interest.
