Default 40 days have passed since DPA letter...

I've just sent them another letter threatening to contact the DPA Commissioner. Has anyone else done this? Can I do/threaten anything else that will get the information I need to claim my money back?

    Many thanks,

    Steve.

Then complete the complaints form to the comissioner.

If they can't respond within that (ridiculous, im my opinion) timescale, then they deserve all they get.

The IC will only force them to comply anyway.

They would show no mercy the other way around, so treat them with the same contempt.
