    hi new to this, have read lots of people's stories and would love to get my money bank to ! think it is about £2000 plus intrest !

    printed out my letter asking for 6 yearsicon of statements from the template.

    but unsure about a couple of things...

    1. only has a space on letter for acc no , do i need my sort code on letter?

    2. do i send letter to the HSBCicon i bank with or to the address given on this site 8 canada square london?

    please help if you can

    if you cut and paste to word you can edit it to suit you.

    you need to give them your sort code and account number

    you can use the address on this site which other people will have used or send it to your local branch, it wil get to the right place.

    1. I would also put the sort-code on, it'll help identify your account to them

    2. If that address is the one others have used for the HSBCicon, then yes

    Halifax - Credit Card: 14/11/06 sent S.A.R, 29/12/06 sent Prelim, 11/01/07 1st bog-off received, 15/01/07 LBA sent, 01/02/2007 MCOL started for £1801 (inc court costs and 8% int.), 02/02/2007 MCOL cancelled... , 09/06/2007 Court claim started, 01/06/2007 Claim Acknowledged, 07/06/2007 Claim concluded, £1540 to be reimbursed into CC account.
    GE Capital Bank Ltd - Storecards (3): 11/06/07 sent S.A.R, 15/06/07 Acknowledgement of S.A.R received
    GE Capital Bank Ltd - Wife's Storecards (2): not started yet...
    Nationwide - Current A/C: not started yet...
    Lloyds TSB Bank Ltd - Current A/C: not started yet...
    Lloyds TSB Bank Ltd - Business A/C: not started yet...
    and the rest I haven't remembered so far... : not started yet...

    hello folks

    Got home today and had a response to my letter asking for statements.
    They said they were happy to give me statements for free and sent my cheque back.and that statements will be with me soon.

    hopefully it all goes this smoothly !

    got all my statements and have been through them all highlighting the charges (£125 was my best charge for one month over my overdrafticon limit)

    have printed out my 1 st letter asking for my money back but just wondered if there was a template for the Breakdownicon of charges that i need to send with it ????

    morning everyone

    just a quick catch up.
    sent prelim letter on 28th of jan requesting £1102.
    got the usual investigating letter off our old mate colin l
    sent lbaicon letter on 15 of feb and this was recieved the next day.

    on lates this week so i can wait for the postman all week,where is he ?he should be he by now !!!!!! the waiting is hard !
