    God the difference in dealing with First Direct and BOSicon!. They received my SARicon on the 02.01.07. Today I received three pages dating back 18 months. The photocopied letter indicated that the remainder would follow in due course. Bl**dy sure they will or it's hello legal path. FD (who are no angels) managed to get full six years to me in 16 days.

    FD returned my cheque, sent them by courier and they were packaged immaculately, far cry from the ripped half-opened envelopes I've received from everyone else........

    Whata bunch of Muppets. Eventually get all my statements, like T4FF said poorly packaged. Only come to £200

    Get this...today get a letter to my address....open it and it has the wrong name on it. So now I have the name, address and account number of a stranger, and a letter to him advising that they are sorry he's rejected their offer.

    I will post the persons name on a separate thread.
