Default What happens next?!!!! No CCA

    Hi Guys,

I have just sent off a CCA request (as per template + £1) to RMA, I have been paying them for 2 years for an old Barclaysicon debt.

I am 99.9% that I never signed a CCA and therefore they are not going to be able to provide me with one.

I may be being STOOOPID here, but if they can't then what happens next?

after 30 days you no longer have to pay the debt. They have 6years to find the Consumer Agreement and then its void, chances are if they can't find it now then they won't be able to ever. Please only stick to one post thanks. If you stick to the same post and just reply to it then we can help you alot easier.

Hi Orfoster - thanks for that and I will only stick to one post.

What happens to this debt which appears on my credit file? I was hoping to get it removed thus aiding my credit rating which I am desperatly trying to improve.

Also over the past 2 years I have paid them back c£2000 - can I claim this back?

I really apprieciate your advice - thanks
