Thread: Have they stopped their charges?

Now I managed to miss paying my Dec deadline bill (Novembers bill I guess) and haven't had any charges added - viewed my new bill online and all they've added is the interest?!? Anyone else found this? Maybe we've finally got through to them!!

I cant see them doing this. More likely to be a mitake on their part you'll prob get hit next month.

well if they try spank me next month I'll make sure I've paid (normally do - just xmas and all got distracted) and will kick up a stink for a charge that shouldn't be there.

You could always phone up for a gereral enquiry and ask them what their charges policy is in relation to late payment and over limit fees.

I hope this is the case but i know lloydstsb are still adding charges and even have made the charge more
