    Default A little advice please

    Hi i sent my letter to a & l asking for my bank statements on 22 nov still no reply was wondering as well as the 40 days how much extra time do i have to give them because of the xmas period cheers mikey

    Give them nothing. 40 Days NOT working days. They should take holidaysicon into account. I got to 41 days and have just sent my 7 day lbaicon. I'm ignoring the information commissioner and will go straight to the county courticon with an N1 for an order under the Data Protection Act!
