I am preparing the documents which I have to send to the court and also to Lloyd's solicitors.
I put the original claim in for £445 and this is what I had counted up on past statments.
Unfortunately now I can only seem to count up £395. I'm worried that I have miscounted and that this will not be looked on favourably.
The other problem I have is that the statements have now disapeared from my online banking, before I had a chance to print them. So I cant now return to check them again.
