The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi i have read the FAQ's on the getting the default removed i have already included this request in the letter i sent asking for my money back they offered me £320 but the two claims are £1200 so i said no and included this in my letter
'As stated in my previous letter I require that you remove the default entry from the register. Please note that mere correction or amendment to the entry will not be acceptable.'
Question: Do i now send a separate letter as the template in the library or wait for them to respond to the refusal of offer letter and see if they mention it?
Wait for their response, or lack of - as the case may be - and then just continue with the step by step plan of action.
John
