Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
first post on Xmas eve so greets and merry xmas...
I signed up to this forum as I think my bank are overcharging me for some things which dont need overcharging i.e. being overdrawn by a few pound only to get a letter telling you that you are over by a few pound and have just been charged 30 odd quid for the letter in hand.
I'm in N. Ireland so I hope to find people of similar ilk with similar banking misdemeanours...
Merry xmas and follow the info on the site and you will have a good start to 2007 and we have a forum for NI and start a thread in there if you need help and also start by reading the FAQ's and step by step this will also help alot.
Good luck and ask if you need help in any way.
welly
