hi hopfully someone can help made a purchase last year for personalised cushions for xmas last year , they contacted us for the photos which uplifted via email , but each we sent pictures they where either too dark for the wrong size they debited my credit card in jan this year we have been communicating but the last two time when i have asked for a refund they say we will ring you back and i am still waiting i am fed up with chasing has anyone got any advice on where to go?
Tell your credit card that thses items were frauduantly debited from your account.you are also over the 3 month time limit for reporting anything like this. you will need to make a small claim against your supplier or your bank for the return of the monies.
hi quick update i have sent a letter stating i want a full refund asap
this is what i wrote
I am writing to complain about an order I placed last around October 2005 for Christmas 2005 “ personalised cushions x2”. Money was deducted from my credit card approximately £90+. In summer 2006 we contacted you regarding non-delivery of the cushions. The company you involved contacted us regarding the pictures we sent stating they where unsuitable we resent pictures but again nothing came hence our reason to contact you. You stated that the company involved you no longer use and you would look into the problem you returned the call requesting the pictures to resent, which we did, and again no response. I called you again this time requesting a refund in full this was around August, I was then forwarded to someone who dealt with refunds who said they would contact me with a decision no one did. Again I called your department complaining again this was around October I was told someone would contact me again no one did. I have since re-contacted you in both November and in December I left messages requesting someone to contact me again no one have.
Therefore I am requesting a refund in full of £90 plus interest as charge by my credit card company (APR 12.9%) of £11.64 total cost of £101.64.
Therefore I am giving you 14 days to respond to this letter before I take it any further.
i have called this my prelim letter posted it sat so i will see what happens!!

Hi guys good news i won!!! i recieved a phone call today from GLT Ltd offering a full refund plus interest!!!
one down several more to go , my stars said i would come into money around the 12th at least it is a start!!
