I need some help, I have read the Faq and lots and lots of posts. I got all my back statments from the RBS in Oct and only now have time to complete the spreadsheets, been busy with University and work, now have time to spare over Xmas. The question is can I claim from Oct 2001 when I recieved the statments( I live inScotland) or do I need to do it from this month a bit confused and any help appreciated.

I dont see why you cant claim from oct 2001 to oct 2006 if they`re the dates you requsted on your SAR, just as long as it falls within the 5 yerar period you`re claiming for
