Thread: Tesco - RBOS

It amy be strange, but I have had quite pleasent dealings with the Tesco part of RBOS

Just prior to depression I had a few late payment charges, totallg around £35

With them acting quite quickly and sympathetically, they Stopped all interest charges and all other charges, Ok defaulted my account, but I have a bad credit ref now anyhow, not just Tesco, but other Credit card companies

So I will not be taking Tesco to task over £35

But I do sympathise with everyone who has been [problem]med by RBOS and other Institutions, You have my backup if it helps

UPDATE

It continues with Tesco Credit, they have been so sympathetic with me that they have agreed to lower my monthly payments to a tenth of what I was paying (less than £2 - just in case they are watching

However, I have sent a CCA 1974 Act and wait to find out if its all there, due by the end of the week.

But to honest, These guys have been so sympathetic, I probably will continue to pay them, as interest is not being added and they have accepted my financial statements with no questions

And as they have been so good, well they deserve some GOOD credit from me, As they other aledged creditors have continiously pushed and pushed, so they can go and jump of a short plank all I care
