Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well, sent my SAR to Egg last Saturday, got the usual response from them requiring ID, obviously stalling etc.
The problem is this, I have since moved address and they want proof of both my old and new address - I can prove my new address via bank statements or drivers license, I can also prove my ID via my passport, but I don't think I have anything for my old address (parents house) within the last three months, certainly not bank or utility bills etc, but plenty of stuff further back in time.
