It seems to me that very recently there have been new, exciting developments with Egg. The company has employed a new legal firm and people are offered settlements. I firmly believe that Egg is no longer going to be one of the most obstinate on the market; they will not roll over too easily but they have joined other financial institutions which grudgingly and with a constipated look on their corporate faces- refund the unlawful charges.
I have signed a confidentiality clause but please do not berate me for it; I am sure we all know by now what's going on, so I am not exactly protecting any special secrets. And I wanted money before Christmas- I agreed to settle one day and the money appeared in my account the very next day.
