    Bank charges reclaim.

Well I've just sent the first letter off requesting my bank statements for the last six years to start the ball rolling. Can I do the same for my credit cards? If I have been even a day late with payment they always charged circa £20 even if I offer to pay over the phone ON THE DAY THE PAYMENT IS DUE, they say they need 3 -5 days clearance etc. I have set up a D/D to pay min fee now just incase I can't get the balance paid off by the due date. At least this stops a late payment charge. But can someone advise me, can I call back some unreasonable charges from the credit card companies? Do I use the same as the bank template letter?
    Thanks,
    Bec

Wow. I assume it's a tenner a pop for the dpa information as well then or is it worth ringing the creditors first to see if they'll send it out for free?
