I have two RBS credit cards with accrued penalty charges, I have sent a prelim regarding one and upto the lba stage with the other.
If and when I arrive at the MCOL stage, can I combine the two claims? Seems logical.

My advice has hardly any legal foundation whatsoever, however you never know it it might just work!
