Hi this is my first posting and I am new to forums, I wonder if anyone can help me with a few things.
I estimated the amount of bank charges that had been taken from my account for the past 6 years, and included charges for unauthorised overdraught (due to bank charges), but I have been told by the bank that I cannot get a refund of these charges - is this correct?
first my friend read the FAQS there you will find really helpfull information regarding claimind back your bank charges also if you read through the threads of forum members claiming from the same bank you are you will see how to go about your claim> you need to do a S.A.R - (Subject access request) to your bank which will cost you £10.00 and they have 40 days to supply you with your information (check the templates section for letter to send )once you have this then proceed with your claim its better to have the proper amount they owe you as an estimate isnt what a judge would be looking for the best advice is to read read and read again this is a self help forum try it any problems just shout somebody will help you !
