took my details to local court last friday, (15th Dec) 14 days after receiving the latest from good ol' A&L saying thatthere charges were all in order, and hard cheese sunshine.
Just had my Notice of Issue from the court and now waiting with baited breath...... Can't say I'm not feeling a little anxious though as the £120 to take it to court was hard to find, so if they (Ay & Hell) dispute it I may have to extend my overdraft with them... That's a laugh.
Anyway just have to wait and see what happens.
