Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
About 4-5 years ago now I had a credit card with Egg, I ended up going over my limit by about £2000 and incured many charges and the like. The card was cancelled and I ended up paying back what I owed them without interest over the next 2-3 of years.
Do you still think its possible to claim back those charges?
I probably broke the law too back then (unintentionally) so not sure how it might look in court.
