My MCOL was served on 4/12/06 and acknowledged by SMILE on 7/12/06, I received my last "WEEKLY" letter stating that they were still investigating my complaint, dated 11/12/06, yesterday.
Does anyone know from experience what I can expect from now?
Smile have credited my account today with all the money requested in my MCOL........£1075.00 ......... £657.00 was my overdraft, so I can have a Merry Christmas afterall!!
