I have been trying to claim £2500 from brokeleys (hopefully, if we are all sucessful). they offered a paltrey £900.
I was feeling despondent having sent the 2nd letter to which they were adamant that was all they were offering.
I logged on to this brilliant site and Lo and behold i was encouraged to pursue a better offer.
I wrote back refusing the offer and informed my bank that i would see them in a small claims court were i would be asking for the 8% interest plus costs.
I am awaiting their response and will keep you posted.
