I just called the CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMPLAINTS CONTACT NUMBER: -
0116 200 4444 as listed in the contacts section of the site after hours of arguing with call centre supervisors and was put through to a compliants supervisor who listened to me and refunded all charges applied to my account since opening it nearly clearing my overdraft. Needless to say I am chuffed now to sort out the missold PPI
on my A+L CC and I'm home free!
