Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi all.
I have just joined this site today and had a good read of everything (so much to take in but so helpful!)
I have just done a SAR to send to Lloyds but the addresses are confusing in some of the forums!
I took the following address from the "Data Protection Register - Entry Details"
25 Gresham Street
London
EC2V 7HN
Can anyone confirm if this is the correct one please as I dont want to send it to the wrong address and end up wasting time while it gets redirected?
This is the correct address to send all of your correspondence to unless instructed otherwise
However even if you did send it elsewhere it should be passed on internally.
I handed my letters to my local branch and made them direct it. I also made them sign for it.
I would recommend a couple of things for you, if sending any post, keep a copy of what you sent, get it sent recorded - things go missing, apparently
Keep every correspondence from the bank
and good luck, welcome to the site
