Hi everyone,
On 21 Nov I sent off my schedule of charges asking for a full refund, on 27 Nov I received a very nice letter from Peter Barry ( and a glossy leaflet ) saying he is sorry I am unhappy etc etc...and will reply shortly, certainly within 4 weeks. I've given him 2 weeks now, do you reckon I should proceed or see what they come back with ?
