I've looked at this site a few times , and now feel i should start to claim back my charges. I have all my bank statements and plan to go through for charges and add them up.Probably nothing to loose by trying is there a limit for amounts in the Scottish courts ?
I am a bit disgruntled with them anyway as they have caused endless problems which started when they made me 'deceased' but i'm very much alive.
It is good to see that people are being successful.
Find the section on the forum that deals with your particular bank and start a new thread in there. Keep it up to date and then when/if you need help it makes it easier for mods and site helpers to assist you.
