I keep hearing both on TV and websites that it is unlawul for the banks to take these high charges from our accounts. To me if it is illeagle then it must be stealing. Now if you steal from the banks even though you say you will pay it back you can still be charged and sent to prison!!! Well why is it one law for the banks and another for us!!!!
I think it has something to do with civil law rather than criminal law, thats why things are allocated to the county court rather than the crown court, i`m sure someone will correct me if i`m wrong
