Default Claiming back on a staff current account....

Just a quick question, i have had charges ( well will have 3 within the next 3 days) what do you think the implications would be if i claimed back charges on a current account with the Bank i work for? They will know as it is a staff account. Any ideas? Anyone think that is rocking the boat tooooo much?

    Tricky one!!

I'm not sure how that would be viewed.

Would it be a grievanceicon against your employer? or Would it simply be a complaint from a customer?

I've never worked for a bank before so don't know what they are like as employers, but if they treat their staff any way like they treat their customers, I think this could be risky for you.

Bear in mind tho, you have rights as an employee.

Like I said, tricky one...............maybe somone with sound legal knowledge can help you.

I used to work for RBSicon and my view is that I got into a lot of debt, some of which were due to charges and they refused to help me with debt, and carried in charging me even more. so i would think that your entitled to get your money back. and you only bank with them cuz you had no other choice
