I Have been writing to the Abbeyicon regarding the £3000 charges that they have given me, over the last 6 yearsicon. This is for unpaid direct debits. They sent all my statements for the last 6 years back to me and a list of charges. They than put a refund of £340 into my account and said this was a refund of unpaid direct debiticon charges. I wrote back to them saying that i request the full amount. I now have receive a letter from them saying that they will not refund me any more than this. Please could anyway let me no what I do now.

    Thank you.

Please start your own threads in the Abbeyicon forum where your questions are more likely to be found and answered correctly by people with the correct experience.

Nicola, your next stage would be to commence a court claim against them, please have a good read of the FAQ's, in particular the step by step guide.
