Re: my action before sending letter 3)letter before action to bank?
Have you followed the process and sent the 2 letters before giving the bank 14 days on each to respond?
All advice is based on my experiences. I am NOT qualified and as such cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. If in doubt...get professional help.

Is this Monument or Goldfish? You are starting a new thread for every question which makes it impossible for people to see what stage of the process you are at?
Re: my action before sending letter 3)letter before action to bank?
what i am wanting to know is how i setup a court date should it get that far.
You don't. Once you have filed at court 14 days after your :lba, and the bank has acknowledged and filed a defence and you have returned the aq, the court will set a hearing date.
Re: my action before sending letter 3)letter before action to bank?
ok, i send the lba letter to bank, and after 14 days have pased and either the bank have replied or no replied to this letter, what would the next step be, this is what i wanted to know, just in case.
Re: my action before sending letter 3)letter before action to bank?
Ok, I have read again this page and been told by a friend that i should also claim for interest charges.
I have found and downloaded the Simple-charges-calc.xls but this works out the interest at 8%, but there is interest for cash and merchandise, the interest is not always the same rate, i mean it is 1.825 on one statement and 1.833 on another and 2.5 on other ones, it varies from month to month.
how do i work it out for these types of interest?
is there a chart on the site to work out this sort of interest, and also which one should i use.
