Have a read through as many threads as you can find for guidance
You need to write back thanking them for their offer but state that you will accepted it only as a part payment and taht you will be persueing them through the courts for the balance if you dont have full settlement with 14 days.
After 14 days send them the letter before action template, but only if you really do intend to take them to court.
