Success After 1 Letter BOS
Sent the standard letter requesting a refund of £270 for charges on my credit card, within 1 week I had a response saying that they were offering a good will refund of the full amount, and they deposited the full amount to my credit card on the 8th Day.
Surely the quickest turn around yet
I am currently midway through court action for my bank account, again its for a relatively small amount, this time £272 plus costs and interest, so probably £350ish, im guessing that they notice that im serious and its easier just paying the money.
