Id stick to it, because its likely you will have the stuff before christmas.
Barclaysicon average at about 10 days i think.

    THE STORY SO FAR:

    ~Asked for my Statements: 2/10/06
~Got them within 14 days (fair play)
    ~Asked for the money back:18/10/06
~Computer said no!!!! (not all of it anyway)
    ~Rejected the (crap) offer (£570/£1300): 11/11/06
    ~Computer said Hell no!!!!

~Barclays said I can go to court if I want (like they've got the balls to go that far!)

    ~MCOL done 29/11/06
    ~Barclays acknowledged: 18/12/06
~AQ received, filled out and returned: 4/01/2007
    ~Court date set for 28/03/2007

Cant help thinking that soon, Barclays might have to have a go with a test case.... Hope they dont choose me!!!!

Small (SORRY) donation given, cos i reckon i might win in the end, and without you guys i would never have started this process!!: 16/11/06

Got back from Australia on Friday after being away for a month hoping to see a pile of statements but nothing received . This is the only letter i didn't send recorded delivery. Do you think they threw it away and should start again?

Aha, found an old letter that Barclaysicon sent to tell me that they would be sending copy statements out in the next few weeks. Well i think i've given them long enough so i'm sending the lbaicon.

Went to my old house today to check the post and guess what. They have had the statements there for the last two weeks!!! Oh well at least I have them. All charges totalled up to £1770. Nice little sum i think.

Anyway I have entered them all into Vampiresses spreadsheet and am a little confused as to the boxes on the right for interesticon? What goes in here?

Another question is I got a charge on one statement for card misuse that was £25. God knows how i misused a card but is this valid to go on the spreadsheet?

I'm all excited now things are starting to move

i bet you used the card to get the frost off your windscreen.
er the boxes on the right should contain the amount of interesticon at 8% for each charge . is there nothing in them.? have you put the days since in or the date for each charge. this works the interest out automatically.

Nice response dickeggsy it made me laugh.

The spreadsheet has worked out the interest at 8% but the boxes i'm talking about are on the advanced spreadsheet on the right hand side of where you enter your charges. They are headed INTEREST DATEINTEREST CHARGEDACCOUNT BALANCE AT INTEREST DATEINTEREST FREE overdrafticon (ENTER AS +)

Do I have to fill these in or can i just carry on with the running total of the charges? I'm confused. I read on welshmans thread that he ignored this bit and let the bank have the overdraft interest charged as the true reflection of the charges as it was probably so small.

which spreadsheet are you using , the simple one or the not so simple one.
i am going to have a look at them to see what that's all about as i used the statutary 8% one.

At last I have sent my prelim.

One letter sent today asking for £1800. I didn't put the overdrafticon interest on as they can keep that for the true representation of the charges.

I'm well up for it now especially as all i've seen splattered across the news today is how they made £4.5bn profit last year!!!

Will be submitting my court claim tomorrow as Barclaysicon have only responded so far with silly letters saying they will get back to be in 8 weeks. Has anybody got any tips for me?
